PAGASA Weather Forecast for Typhoon "SANTI" the eye of the typhoon was located based on all available data in the vicinity of Iba, Zambales (15.4°N, 120.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph and gustiness of up to 150 kph. it is forecast to move west at 22 kph.
Zambales, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, Tarlac, Pampanga and Bataan will experience stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. Metro Manila, Ilocos Sur, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Lubang Island will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. The rest of Luzon, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao and Caraga will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to northeast over Northern Luzon and coming from the southwest will prevail over the rest of the country and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
