It is forecast to move Northwest at 20 kph. Weak Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western and Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao and CARAGA will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over the western section of Central and Southern Luzon and of Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to southeast with slight to moderate seas.
